Are you an experienced Early Years Practitioner ready to take the next step in your career? At Little Roos Nursery, we're looking for a passionate and inspiring Senior Early Years Practitioner to lead one of our rooms and help shape exceptional experiences for our children, families and team.

⭐ What we offer:
💚 £33,500 per year
🗓️ 4-day working week (40 hours)

Lead your room with confidence and enthusiasm.

✅ We're looking for someone who has:
A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working within an Early Years setting.
A willingness to work towards a Level 5 qualification.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A passion for delivering exceptional childcare.
A positive attitude and commitment to helping every child reach their full potential.
