Kangaroos
When children transfer to Kangaroo’s they become part of the ‘Big Room”. We gradually transition the children as they become aware of their Pre-School beginnings.
We continue to build the child’s sense of curiosity through play and interests. As they observe their peers going into the “Big Room” they become excited and adventurous to join them.
When a child feels overwhelmed there are several members of staff to make them feel secure and welcomed as the ratio continues to be 1-5 during these important times.
This lively, energetic group of children are introduced into the world of maths and literacy with the very scaled down approach where they continue to play as they learn their new skills.
