We have been really pleased with the childcare the Little Roos offer. Both our children have now been through Little Roos and the setting continues to evolve and improve the service and support they offer the children. The have a huge range of high quality child lead activities and toys, that change all the time, they offer the right amount of free flow play and child lead activities. The children spend a good amount of time outside, which both mine children really enjoy, and the children respond well to the routine that is set out for them. The children are always happy to go to Little Roos so I know they feel safe and content there. I feel they have given both my children the right start and the skills they need to transition into school. Thank you Little Roos, I would highly recommend you to anyone.

My daughter really has had the best time at Little Roos. The staff are amazing with the children and work hard to create a caring and nurturing environment for them to play and learning in. Being a September baby and bit older, I was a little worried that she might get bored at times or take the opportunity to be lazy and only practise the things she could already do, but the key worker system means all of the children have a designated person tracking and encourage them to learn and develop (even though they just think it’s playing!). The range of activities and equipment on offer is really impressive and at the end of each session my daughter comes running out full of smiles and stories about the day.

Couldn't be happier with how far my now nearly 3 1/2 year old (started with them at just over 1 1/2year old) and my now 1 1/2year old (in the baby bungalow started at 1year old) are coming along at the setting.
The management and staff are so helpful and genuinely care about the children, no questions are wrong and answered/exlained/resolved ASAP.
Their speech, understanding, social skills etc have all developed and improved so much that everyone that meets them comments how forward they are.
They always go in so happy and ready to learn/play and sometimes aren't ready to leave for home time.
The baby bungalow is always spotless and such a secure, bright and peaceful place, the babies are always enjoying themselves exploring everything they have to do for them at their own pace.
Same for the main building, with lots of different areas for the kids to play, learn and express themselves safely. Stations with different learning tasks etc to interest and invite them to take part without the feeling of pressure/strictness to have to take part until they are ready to engage in it.
Giving medications etc and adapting routines as best as possible to suit these needs when they arise is never an issue and always kept updated when doing so, providing reassurance in every way that your child is okay when needed and even when it's not.
The ratio of staff to kids is good and seems there's always an eye and ear on your child at all times.
The activities for both the bigger kids and the babies always look well thought out and enjoyed by everyone, including the staff, in the app where your always updated with things/progress and what they have learned and will be learning next.
Always listened too to make sure your child gets what they need, genuinely aim to help you help them get where they need to be together and keep progressing all round.
The gardens are also full of things the kids love to do and explore, with all year/weather access so they don't miss out on anything fun like the snow and puddles which the kids love. Very secure and well fenced, well out of the way from main roads/public traffic so noone can look in walking past whilst the kids play etc.
The hot food is a win with my boys (oldest is a picky one) who said its better than mummys.
The kids that attend themselves always seem nice, polite, happy, well mannered and very welcoming of all the newcomers when they moved over from chadwell. Like my oldest who adapted so well after coming out if his shell so much initially at the chadwell setting with Nicola and the team. He not only kept his chadwell friends but has made even more friends in the bigger setting who always wave, say hello and goodbye to him and his baby brother when its time.
Overall a great team of people and place I couldn't reccomend enough after everything they have done and are still continuing to do for my boys. I'm sure they would reccomend it aswell, they love being a kangaroo and baby koala. 🙂

I just want to say a big thank you to Tara, Lily, and Jade for the amazing care they give my son. He’s always happy going in and comes out smiling, which says it all! It’s such a relief knowing he’s in safe hands with such kind, attentive, and professional staff. I’m so happy with the nursery and really appreciate everything they do. Highly recommend!

My Daughter started Little Roo's last October and we couldn't recommend this nursery enough, love the updates we get throughout the day and feel like communication and support is excellent. We always pick up a happy daughter from Nursery who tells us about all the wonderful things she's done throughout the day as well as all her friends and the staff. Glad she was made to feel welcome there and she feels happy in a safe environment for her to play and learn!

Only good things to say about this nursery. I have sent both my little ones (2 years old and 3 years old) for 7 months now and I have been so impressed with it. The staff are so friendly and communication is great. 🩷 I would definitely recommend!

I can’t thank Little Roo’s enough for the amazing care they have taken of my son. They have given him a fantastic Early Years experience and he has grown and developed so much during his time here. They go above and beyond, my son has already been introduced to phonics and maths sessions which my other son never got at a different placement. Above all my son is always excited to attend and has such a great relationship with all the staff, I always feel

My little one started at Little Roo’s aged 2 years old. As soon as we visited, we knew it was the right setting for him. We got a warm, friendly and supportive welcoming on our visit. The staff are wonderful, we are constantly updated with pictures and information about what he gets up to during his sessions. My little one enjoys attending, he has made so many friends and has really developed his social skills since being there. I am so proud of the progress he has made over the last couple of years. It wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing team at Little Roo’s!

The best place I took my son! I wish I had bought my daughter here too! The Staff are kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure I am okay as well as my sons well-being. My son goes in crying and comes out so happy all the time he has been. Gutted my son has to leave but the staff will always be remembered! Definitely recommend this nursery. Hello. My son has been attending to Little Roos’ since 2 years. From the begining we knew that is a lovely place and he is having fun, development and nice experiences there. Teachers are lovely and supportive to both kids and parents when needed and always open to talk about kid’s needs/difficulties. We like the way how the messy plays, artistic activities and nature exploration tasks are run. Our son loves that place. Highly recommended 🙂

Little Roos is the only pre school I’ve felt comfortable with knowing my child is in the best hands. All the teachers go beyond to make sure the children have lots of new activities every week and also keep us updated via app. My daughter absolutely loves her time here, she has a great bond with her teachers especially Serene who I couldn’t praise enough. Such a wonderful nursery and never had 1 fault. Amazing team !
